The official website for the Association of Land Owners on the Juluapan Peninsula, or better known over the years as LOA (Land Owners Association). Our organization was formed in 1984.

Las Lomas del Mar is located on one of the most spectacular places along the Pacific coast of Mexico. Known around the world as the “Mexican Riviera.” This part of the coastline has dramatic rock cliffs and tropical vegetation. In the winter the Pacific gray whales come here to play and raise their young. Comprised of 355 lots, each approximately 1,000 meters square in size, the planners magically positioned property boundaries so every lot has breath-taking views of the Pacific Ocean, Santiago Bay, Lagoon de Juluapan, or beautiful valleys.

The purpose of this website is to provide you, the property owner, with an accurate, up-to-the-minute source of information about what’s happening here, as well as a way to communicate directly with your community’s Board of Directors and committees. Our goal is to work together to maintain and improve our infrastructure (roads, street lighting, security and services) and provide a wonderful place for us all to live. Those of you who only spend the winters here will find this website an excellent tool for staying in touch with the events that occur during the year while you are away.
